Congratulations Billy Thompson! Updated On: Nov 04, 2011 (10:03:00) Congratulations to our own Billy Thompson! Billy Thompson, President of Local 838, has been appointed as President of Teamsters Joint Council 56. His appointment was made by Jimmy Williams when Jimmy retired on July 31st, 2011. Billy was, also, elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Missouri Kansas Nebraska Conference of Teamsters in October at their annual conference.
